Hand Made & Painted Slate Embroidery Frames 
  I make my frames in three sizes~ small 16", medium 24", and large 36", shown above. All are made from poplar. Both horizontal and vertical slats are the same measurement. If you are interested in purchasing a slate frame, you can email rlkinnison@yahoo.com for current rates and availability.


If you would like your slate decorated, your hearts desire is my command when it comes to painting your frame. I paint in early 19th c School Girl technique using India ink and watercolour paints.

These frames are delightful! Beautifully rendered! If I did embroidery work (which I don't - unfortunately I'm dismal at it), there definitely would be an order.
